If you fail to abide by these rules, your account may be terminated without notice or explanation.
-Each person is allowed to have (1) only one account. Anyone found breaking this rule will have all accounts deleted and forfeit all credits, earned or purchased.
-You must have a valid email address for our newsletters, which will be daily at times. If we are unable to send mail to you, your account will be removed. No autoresponder email accounts.
-Spam is forbidden, if you spam your referral address out to gain more credits, your account will be removed, and the spam logs sent to your ISP. (All IPs are logged)

The following list of sites are NOT allowed on :

- SearchSites or Product Searches not allowed.
- No Gambling sites or any sites of an illegal nature. This includes Investment sites.
- No Adult sites or of a pornographic nature.
- Sites that break frames, therefore stopping the timer.
- Sites that download programs, such as gator, or other spy-ware programs.
- Sites that use JavaScript to stop the timer.
- Sites that sign users up for newsletters are NOT permitted.
- Hacking sites are NOT permitted.
- No rotator sites are allowed, such as Ebizrotator and Page Swirl.
- Flyinads, popups, pop unders, drop in ads, ect. are not allowed.
- HYIP (Investment sites including Bubble Games, etc.) not allowed.

Free members MUST use account cash for Advertising purposes at Smokin-Hits. It may NOT be used to Upgrade nor will it be carried over after you upgrade.Account cash must be spent before your Upgrade will become activated.Basically, use it or lose it.
